At Mymyde, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy and a 1-year product warranty.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The product is not listed under "Non-Returnable Items" below
Opened diffuser products may be eligible for return only if defective. Please see Section 7 for details.
2. How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@mymyde.store with your order number and reason for return
- You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label within 1-2 business days
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories
- Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop off at any authorized carrier location
Free Return Shipping: US customers enjoy free return shipping on orders over $30. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Original payment method: 5-10 business days after approval
- Credit/debit cards: May take additional 3-5 business days to appear on statement
- Original shipping costs: Non-refundable, except in cases of defective products
4. Exchanges
We're happy to exchange unopened items for a different product within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:
- Contact returns@mymyde.store with your order number and desired replacement
- Return the original item using our prepaid label
- Your replacement will ship within 2-3 business days of receipt
5. 1-Year Product Warranty
All Mymyde diffuser hardware is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues with airflow mechanism or housing
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Opened gummies, supplements, or ingestible products
- Used diffuser sticks or pens (unless defective)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-engraved products
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Provide a free replacement at no cost to you
- Cover all return shipping fees
- Process priority replacement shipping
Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging when reporting the issue.
