We ship Mymyde products from our Denver, Colorado warehouse with care and speed. Below is everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, and tracking.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Processing times:
- Standard orders: 1-2 business days
- Bundle orders: 2-3 business days
- Pre-orders: Ships on stated date
Orders placed after 2 PM MST are processed the next business day.
2. US Domestic Shipping
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations:

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are paid upon delivery.
4. Free Shipping Threshold
Enjoy free standard shipping on US orders over $30. The free shipping threshold:
- Applies to subtotal before tax and after discounts
- Is automatically applied at checkout
- Does not apply to expedited or international orders
- Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. To track:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Or visit your account page to view all orders
- Or contact us with your order number for assistance
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.
6. Shipping Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look for a delivery notice or note
- Wait 2-3 days as packages occasionally show as delivered prematurely
- Contact us if still missing — we'll work with the carrier to investigate
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your address is wrong, contact us immediately at support@mymyde.store.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for replacement procedures.
